UltraClear vs. COâ‚‚ Laser
(Traditional COâ‚‚): High heat, higher pain, risk of pigmentation changes on darker skin types, and 2+ weeks of raw, red downtime.
(UltraClear): Controlled “cold” laser, minimal excess heat, safe for all skin tones (very low risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation), and significantly shorter, more manageable downtime (3–7 days depending on depth).
Is UltraClear safe for darker skin tones?
Yes. Unlike older resurfacing lasers, UltraClear’s customizable settings allow us to treat skin types I through VI safely, minimizing the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Does the treatment hurt?
For lighter settings (3D Miracle), the sensation is minimal. For deeper settings (Ultra and Laser Coring), we apply a highly effective topical numbing cream to ensure your treatment is comfortable.
How many sessions will I need?
Light skin-brightening treatments usually require 1 to 3 sessions. Deeper structural concerns like acne scarring typically require 3 to 4 sessions, spaced several weeks apart.
